Scenic Bird Food Feeding Directions - Tropical Bits

Feeding Directions and Conversion Protocol

Tropical Bits is a very versatile food. Scenic manufacturing produces a food that can be fed wet or dry.

Follow some of these suggestions:

Use Tropical Bits to convert birds that are eating seeds. Mix the tiny morsels with your pet's favorite meal like a stew of fresh fruits and vegetables. The wetter the better because your pet will not be able to remove the tiny morsel and will get to used to eating them faster. This is a no-stress way to convert any bird to a manufactured diet.

Use Tropical Bits for small birds that eat with their beak like finches, parakeets and lovebirds. Follow our Feeding and Conversion Protocol.

Bake Tropical Bits in your pet's favorite microwave or oven dinner. You can even bake it in bread and Birdie Muffins!

If mixed with these other foods, Tropical Bits should be more than half your birds total food consumption measured by volume. Your goal is to have your bird eat a mixture of 50 % of other foods (for variety) and 50 % Scenic. This may vary day by day or even month to month at different times of the year and in response to other environmental and social changes.

Also, ask your dealer for easy ways to feed Scenic Bird food to your birds.

Always have fresh drinking water available.

Monitor your bird's eating behavior for a couple of days and make sure your pet is eating Tropical Bits.
