Hot and Healthy Food is a 3 mm sphere, about the size of a "BB".
This food is enjoyed by Cockatiels, Love Birds and Parakeets.
It is often added to warm water to make a "stew" because
the spicy flavor. It "soaks-up" easily and makes a wonderful
flavor and texture for your bird to enjoy.

Yellow corn, soybean meal, corn gluten meal, corn hominy, dehydrated
